Health Journey

I have started a health journey.

One where I cut out sugar.

I have been following IQS...

Have done very well in the past werk and now I need to work on meal preparation and cutting down on gluten/white bread.

What's equally important for both my mental and physical help is exercise. I have been jogging. 1Km runs.

The Spar Ladies race is coming up and I would really like to do it. It's on the 6h of may. Which is in 3/4 weeks. I need to start running 2kms to prepare.

Well I'm watching a movie at the moment and I need to run along since I want to go to bed soon.
